Mimi and Luke uncover an unusual, luminous stone in a grave that Luke was forced to dig by the bossy Mimi for losing a game of their created game “Crazy Ball” during an intense match of their homemade game “Crazy Ball.” An alien beast emerges from the hole later that night. The monster breaks into an abandoned shoe factory and brutally murders a group of thieves sheltering there, except for one, whom he preserves alive as art in a tormented condition. Mimi and Luke follow a trail to the shoe factory the next day, where they uncover the monster.
The creature introduces himself as “Arch-Duke of Nightmares,” a terrible alien warrior who was imprisoned on Earth after attempting to destroy the cosmos in a rampage. He proceeds to murder the children only to learn Mimi is in possession of the diamond, which grants command to whoever wields it. Mimi, ecstatic about the prospect, names the extraterrestrial “Psycho Goreman” (or “PG” for short) and sets about directing him around, despite Luke’s reservations.
Mimi and Luke introduce PG to their mutual buddy Alastair. PG explains to the kids how he was a slave to the Templars on his home planet Gigax, where he was forced to build temples to their gods until he discovered the gem that connected with him and gave him limitless strength and power. He gathered a force known as “The Paladins of Obsidian” and defeated the Templars. PG promised to destroy the galaxy until the Templars and Planetary Alliance collaborated to seize the gem and seal PG so that he could suffer indefinitely. When the kids leave, PG uses television to broadcast a plea for assistance to the Obsidian Paladins.
PG interacts with Luke in a dream, demanding that he grab the diamond from Mimi and return it to him, promising to spare Luke from his rampage if he does so. Luke declines, obviously terrified of Mimi. While out playing Crazy Ball with PG and the mutated Alastair, the kids are accosted by two officers who attack PG. While one of the officers is transformed into a malformed “Bio-cop,” the other manages to flee. Mimi jokingly commands PG to kill Luke while wandering in the woods, which irritates him. Pandora arrives at the police station and interrogates the cop who let PG flee. The Paladins of Obsidian appear in front of the group in the woods. He believes he will be resurrected.
PG challenges Pandora to a fight using the Templar’s code, which allows Mimi to choose the battle. Crazy Ball is her choice. Mimi’s squad wins, but Pandora still comes after Mimi and PG. Susan utilizes her abilities to save Mimi, but an irate Pandora soon reverts her to human form. Luke and Mimi reconcile, singing a song with Greg and giving the gem to PG, who is healed and given godlike power. PG reclaims his authority and overcomes Pandora, partly because she has ruined his “hunky lads” magazines in the process. He gives Pandora his new name, which she thinks is lovely, before killing her.
. The family says their goodbyes to PG and stands by as he begins to devastate their village. Meanwhile, Alastair continues to live as a big brain mutant, while PG fights the army in a giant form on TV, and the Planetary Alliance considers whether or not to destroy itself before PG can reach them in deep space.
