Venom 2 Cast
- Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock / Venom:
Venom, an investigative journalist who is the host of an alien symbiote, bestows superhuman abilities on him. Brock and Venom’s relationship is in the “Odd Couple stage” in the picture, according to director Andy Serkis, with Venom locked in Brock’s body and only wants to be the “Lethal Protector,” which distracts Brock from work and putting his life back together.
- Michelle Williams as Anne Weying: Brock’s ex-fiancée is a district attorney.
- Naomie Harris as Frances Barrison / Shriek: Serkis described Kasady’s love interest as a wounded soul who has been living in seclusion and has a dark side.
- Reid Scott as Dan Lewis: A doctor and Anne’s fiancé.
- Stephen Graham as Mulligan: A detective hopes to use Brock to find Kasady’s murder victims’ remains.
- Woody Harrelson as Cletus Kasady / Carnage:
Carnage is a crazed serial killer who becomes a host for another symbiote. Kasady refuses to speak to anyone in prison except Brock, whom he deems a kindred spirit. Kasady appears to have aged since his appearance in the first film’s mid-credits scene, which Serkis believes represents the passing of time.
